How to use your Jb Hi-Fi gift card

Order the card in our Telegram bot, choose your amount and pay. The confirmation email carries your code.
Open your Jb Hi-Fi account or app for New Zealand, or present the code in store where the brand accepts it.
Find the gift card, voucher or redeem option at checkout and enter the code exactly as it appears.
The balance is applied to your account for the full amount you bought.

Redemption is handled by Jb Hi-Fi, not by DigitalPurse, so their terms decide where and how the balance can be spent. Check the brand's own gift card terms if you're buying for someone in another region.

Your code is emailed as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. If nothing has arrived after 15 minutes, check your spam folder before contacting support.

Can I use this card outside New Zealand?

This card is issued for New Zealand in NZD, so it is normally redeemable only on Jb Hi-Fi's New Zealand store or at its New Zealand locations. Jb Hi-Fi sets those rules, so check their gift card terms before buying for someone abroad.

What amounts can I buy?

Does it expire?

This card is listed as having no expiry date. Expiry is set by the issuing brand and by local law, so always keep the delivery email.

Digital gift card codes generally can't be refunded once they've been delivered, because the value is released immediately. Contact support before redeeming if something is wrong with your order.
